The Baltimore Ravens hit the road this week to take on their Beltway rival, the Washington Redskins who are looking to keep their playoff hopes alive. Baltimore will be looking to rebound after a tough loss at the hands of the Pittsburgh Steelers and trying to all but clinch a playoff berth in the process. This week, we get the inside scoop on the Redskins from our colleagues over at Redskins101 and Editor Justin Fiore.

BR101: How, if any, have teams contained RGIII and the Redskins rushing attack?

WR101: It's tough. Just the threat of RGIII running put defensive players on tilt. And when Alfred Morris gets a head of steam, there isn't much they can do. Kyle Shanahan throws in a few zone read playactions, triple-option looks, and will also attempt to shove it down your throat in a power alignment early on. He keeps defenses off balance early and then goes back to what worked the best, often with a new twist.

BR101: Why is Washington's defense so goo at stopping the run, but so brutal at stopping the pass?

WR101: I'm still not sure this defense has really been tested. Hell, there giving up 4.1 yards per carry. But why run when teams can average 7.5 yards per pass? That's been the trend; throw, throw, throw some more. The Redskins have had a few set backs at safety and just lost their third-string corner (Cedric Griffin, who plays quite often) to a four game suspension for performance-enhancing drugs.

BR101: What do the Ravens have to do if they want to have a chance to win this game?

WR101: Honestly, it's the simple but tough things. To beat the Redskins, the Ravens must limit their controllable mistakes (penalties and turnovers) and test the Skins' secondary. When those two conditions are met by opposing teams, the Redskins normally lose.

BR101: Final prediction?

WR101: That said, I have the Redskins winning; 27-20. Robert Griffin III has brought a new life to this team and they're scary hot/lucky right now. Call it fate…
